The best thing about this mower.......MADE IN AMERICA BABY!!!
Well, I fixed the mower like I promised. It had a broken weld from my big butt. I drilled holes and bolted it back together. If you check the review link, I agree with most of the comments. It isn’t a great hill climber. The manual has a diagram of a 15 degree slope which is the recommended maximum. I mow the slope horizontally and lean way over. Also, I only paid $550 for mine at Wal-Mart. (SRP $750). The other thing I like about it is it fits nicely in the back of the PT Cruiser when I have to mower my daughters’ yards.
I have about an acre and ¼ of land, but I don’t mow half of it. I pretend it is my “going green thing.” Less gas, more green.
